The Director of James Planning & Development Services Ltd has worked in planning since the early 1990's.  Having started as a technician Barry rose to managing planning services and other environmental and community services.

Barry has worked for a wide range of clients, local authorities and a major housebuilder. As a result of his experience James Planning & Development Services can offer a whole "start to finish" service for a wide range of clients.

His experience covers all areas of planning, big and small. He led the response to the draft Environmental Impact Assessment for the new nuclear power station at Hinkley Point before it was submitted for Government approval. He has dealt with major residential and mixed-use projects in England and Wales, work which has included planning and project managing major urban extensions. He enjoys working for individual clients whatever their planning/development needs, using his in-depth knowledge of rural and town planning to best effect.
